Life Coaching begins with a 30 minute free discovery session.  During the session, the four step Yellow Brick Road process will be explained, and you will be invited to explore your ideas of a balanced and healthy, fulfilling life.  As a result of the discovery session, you will be able to make an informed decision about whether you want to make a committment to the coaching process, and you and your coach will be able to determine whether you will make good partners in this process.  A three month committment for coaching is recommended in order to create the opportunity for your greatest success. 

THE FOUR STEP YELLOW BRICK ROAD PROCESS involves answering these questions:
1. What does your fulfilling, balanced and healthy life look like, feel like, sound like?
2. What are you willing to do to make the changes that you want in your life?
3. What are the energy drains in your life, and what things energize you?
4. What do you need in order to overcome limiting beliefs and challenges that interfere with your ongoing motivation, committment, and focus on your continued implementation of the changes that create your fulfilling, balanced and healthy life? 

Note that sessions may be conducted on the telephone or face to face at the Ailanto Group offices (for those in the Indianapolis area). 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM YOUR COACH
The International Coaching Federation's Code of Ethics for Coaches will be upheld, including the following:
*An agreement between coach and client will be clear with regard to payment, and with regard to time, frequency, and method(s) of communication.  The agreement will also define services to be rendered and under what terms. 
*Information regarding my training and background is available to clients.  I seek a high level of competency and am currently continuing my training in order to achieve this. 
*I coach only in my areas of competence.   Clients are always informed that they are responsible for obtaining services from a therapist, lawyer, physician, financial planner, etc. should such services be needed.   
*Confidentiality is provided within the terms of the law. 
*Your needs, wishes, and individuality will be respected.  I will interact with clients in an honest and constructive manner at all times. 
*Quick and responsible responses can be expected both within sessions and with regard to communications at other times, as agreed upon.
*All client/coach relationships are maintained on a professional basis.
